Acceptable Forms of Identification

Acceptable Forms of Identification:

• Driver’s License / State Identification Card: Issued by state department of Motor Vehicles or Canadian or Mexican public agency
• US Passport: Must be valid/unexpired
• Consular Identification Document: issued by a consulate from the applicant’s country of citizenship
• Foreign Passport: Must be a valid, unexpired, passport from the applicant’s country of citizenship
• US Military Identification
• Identification Card issued by a federally recognized tribal government agency
• Employee Identification Card issued by a State of California, City/County agency or office.
